Mark has grown up working with his Father on homesites, and thoroughly enjoys the home building process. Mark worked for several years as superintendent of a custom home company in South Charlotte, prior to starting R. Morgan Homes with his dad in early 2008. Despite the tough housing market, R. Morgan Homes has been successful by creating value for customers seeking quailty in their new home or in their home improvements. Through many mission trips to Mexico and the relationships he stablished there, Mark is fluent in Spanish and this continues to be a real asset.
Mark is a graduate of Montreat College, with a degree in Bible and Religious studies - concentration in Youth Ministries.
He lives in Huntersville, with his wife Jessica and their son Jack.

Bob started his engineering career at Duke Energy 32 years ago where he contnues to serve as a project director in Nuclear Generation. He still loves working at Duke, but has always had a passion for construction. He built his first home while an engineering student at UNCC, and has been building homes ever since. He enjoys the structural design aspects and often recommends unique engineering designs (e.g. barrel vaults; elevated slabs). Bob and his wife Jayne, have three kids, and three grandkids. They spend time working in the yard, traveling and lots of time with the grandkids!
